Time-Bandwidth Products AG manufactures passively mode-locked tunable and fixed pico- and femtosecond diode-pumped solid-state lasers using our patented SESAM® technology.

Role in Fast Dot Project

Time-Bandwidth Products AG   will implement new and improved lasers using quantum-dot absorbers in its established product platforms, based on project end user and general market requirements for biophotonic, test & measurement, and telecom applications. 
For example we expect to substantially enhance the performance of the ERGO laser for emerging applications in these areas, leveraging the results demonstrated in the product on quantum-dot absorbers.

Dr Bojan Resan has recently been awarded a Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship. This program will support Bojan in performing cutting-edge research and will enhance the capabilities of Time-Bandwidth Products to rapidly commercialize the newly developed technologies. This Marie Curie project "UltraTune" is well aligned with the interests of the FAST-DOT project, and it is anticipated that the newly developed lasers and the entire FAST-DOT consortium will benefit from this Fellowship. Bojan's fellowship started in July 2010 and will last for 2 years.
